We have partnered with Axis Pension Trust to launch the Affinity-Axis Pension Loan, a flexible pension-backed financing solution designed to help Ghanaians access credit smarter, faster and more conveniently. This marks our third pension-backed lending partnership following the successful collaboration with Enterprise Trustees and Petra Trust, further strengthening our position in accessible, digitally driven financial solutions.

- 1. Submitting a request for a pension-backed loan through the Axis Mobile App
- 2. Affinity will qualify the request and contact you to complete all the required documentation
- 3. The completed request is then shared with Axis for lien setup, review and validation
- 4. After validation, Axis will alert Affinity to grant you the required loan amount via the Affinity Mobile App

It is a loan facility that allows eligible Axis Pension Trust contributors to access financing using their Tier 3 pension contributions as support for the loan application
2. Who can apply for this loan?
Any salaried worker or contributor whose Tier 3 pension account is managed by Axis Pension Trust and meets Affinity’s eligibility criteria can apply:
- • Must be an active contributor to Axis Trust pension scheme
- • Must have a satisfactory credit and repayment history
- • Recent pay slips (3 months) required for assessment
- • Recent bank statement (3 months)
- • Applicant must provide a valid Ghana card (Images of front/back)
- • Loan approval is subject to Affinity’s internal credit assessment and risk evaluation processes
- • Existing financial obligations will be reviewed to determine repayment capacity
- • Onboard via the Affinity App for account creation/disbursement/repayment
3. How much can I borrow?
The amount you qualify for depends on your monthly income, pension contributions, existing obligations and repayment ability
4. Do I need collateral to apply?
No physical collateral is required. Your pension balance and income assessment are used to support the application
5. What documents will I need?
You may be asked to provide:

6. How fast can I get the loan?
Applications are usually processed within 24-hours after all required documents have been submitted
7. How will I repay the loan?
Repayment is done through monthly deductions from your Affinity account, based on the agreed repayment schedule (The Affinity App needs to be downloaded to receive and repay loan)
8. Can I repay my loan earlier than planned?
Yes. Customers can make early repayments subject to the loan terms and conditions
9. What happens if my loan application is not approved?
If your application is unsuccessful, Affinity will provide guidance on possible reasons and the next steps where applicable
